At Sleep Lean Balance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, this Refund and Return Policy explains your options.
1. Returns
- Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- To qualify, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
2. Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards or digital downloads
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the cost may be deducted from your refund.
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for defective or damaged products.
- If you need to exchange an item, please contact us before returning it.
- Replacement items will be shipped once the returned product is received.
5. Return shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs when returning an item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is delivered.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the shipping cost.
6. Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After this period, the order may already be processed and shipped, in which case the standard return process applies.
